To meet its objective, KLine requires a system that 'flexible dynamic enough to handle the global business changes' develops its own internet based solution - Internet Total Logistics Solution (ITLS) that interface with its customers' systems and provide the customer with up-to-date and real-time information and analytical reports. In the process, KLine chose CRiSTAL Warehouse Management System to partner its development with taking care of the back room and ITLS that handle the front office.
