Warehouse Management System

CRiSTALWMS is designed and built for small medium enterprises (SME) by a team of operationally experienced logisticians.

Conceptualised and designed to meet 3PL warehousing operation requirement, it incorporates both Product and Stock Ownership with potentially required stock control attributes for various industries, 3PL services billing together with transport management and last mile filfullment delivery module. Also incorporated is Hybrid Wave Orders picking/

To meet different operational needed, CRiSTAL WMS comprises of 3 modules:

Client-server application - for enterprises requirement
- Depolyable over the interet via Windows Virtualization or Citrix Zen app
CRiSTAL iWMS - web-based WMS
CRiSTAL RF - for wireless devices realtime operation

CRiSTAL WMS incorporated Crystal Reports™ for report template. Crystal Reports™ is a user friendly reports writer which allow users to modifiy and format their own reports, if so perferred.

Anyway, CRiSTAL WMS is installed with over 400 report templates - which are built over the years to meet different industry requirement.

3PL Services Billing

Available with the Enerprise version, the 3PL Services Billing module, an activity based system, take the month-end stress and deadline out of the data compilation required by accounts for invoicing the clients.

The module is tightly integrated with CRiSTAL WMS which eliminate need for re-entry of data in order to perform the billing function, thereby minimize calculation and data entry error.

Conceptualized as a tool for 3PL, apart from services, it incorporate accrued and forward storage charges on daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and user-defined period. Other options are available, too.

It taken into consideration unit of measurement, including volume, weight or revenue tons, it is capable of most of the billing approaches in the industry.

And new calculation methods are being introduced regularly to keep in pace with 3PL operations requirements.

SaaS (Software as a Services) Subscription

For clients who want to keep their investment low, CRiSTAL WMS is also available on subscription with databae hosted by cloud service provider - ICONZ Webvisions.

Each subscription is provided with 2 (or more as needed) concurrent user licenses with upto 5GB of data storage space that allows for definition of up to 10 user accounts, and each is hosted on separate databse for added confidentiality and security.

And it is a full functional WMS enabled for both 3PL and private warehouses - multi-warehouses and multi-client enabled.

And it comprises of all 3 modules - Desktop application, CRiSTAL RF module and CRiSTAL iWMS (internet WMS).

Deployed with separate database which thus allow every client to run different version as they preferred and allow for customisation when needed. This prevent disruption to other clients when deploy customization enhancement for a client.

Trial Licensing

CRiSTAL is confident of meaning most warehouses operations be it private or 3PL.

It is designed to enhance customer relationship and warranty management.

CRiSTAL WSM incorporates the capability to monitor customer complaints and warranty servicing that has to be performed on any piece of appliance or equipment and cost of supporting the warranty extended.

It also monitors delinquent customers and identify potential defects, thereby enabling the manufacturers and distributors to take corrective action before any serious fallout.
